International Expansion Strategy for Marugame Udon
During my Master’s program at King’s College London, I participated in a semester-long consultancy project focused on developing an international expansion plan for Marugame Udon, a global restaurant chain. This project involved conducting extensive qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing data, and studying consumer behavior trends. It culminated in a comprehensive presentation delivered to the President of Marugame Udon International.
This experience not only sharpened my research and analytical skills but also ignited a deep curiosity and passion for fostering connections across cultures through effective communication strategies. It highlighted my ability to convey ideas, objectives, and tasks clearly, even within diverse teams comprising individuals with varying levels of marketing experience and English proficiency. This project solidified my interest in creating impactful messaging that bridges cultural gaps and unites people globally.
